Shipping & Handling
UK Shipping is FREE for all orders. All orders (UK only at present) are sent via MyHermes, 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail.
Items that have not arrived – Speechpix has a 10 working days policy from the date of your order before we can class your order as being ‘lost in transit’ (inline with Royal Mail’s policy ). If your goods do not arrive within this timescale we will refund you the full amount or resend your order according to your preference.
We will have no liability to you to issue a refund or replacement order if we have not been notified by yourself of non delivery of your order after 21 working days.
